We are keen to expand the membership of Spirit Release Foundation and would greatly value your support. Membership entitles you to regular updates on information about courses and workshops as well as several newsletters per year. Please email here for a sample newsletter. Applications
You can apply for Membership using the online form. This can be printed from the screen (PC users - click on the 'File' button at top left of your screen and 'Print' from the drop-down list). Fill in the details and post to Alison Sandford at the address below, along with your cheque, or you can pay your subscription online through PayPal (see below).

Single Membership	Family membership

If you do not have a PayPal account it is a very simple procedure to set up. Many organisations and companies now use PayPal on an international basis. It will allow you make payments for goods and services using your credit card. Simply click on the link below follow the simple instructions.

As a non-profit making organisation, donations are gratefully received. You can make a donation by adding something to your annual subscription or at any other time, either by cheque or through your PayPal account.
