Spirit Release Methodsby Sue Allen I use a combination of skills and methods according to what the person needs/responds to. I am psychic, a healer and a psychotherapist. The important thing is to listen to where people are with a problem and to work from that basis if they have a specific belief then I work from there. The initial part of the session is to find out their experiences and to tune into them, to look at their aura, whether they are out of body and so on. I also assess which method would be suitable. Most sessions include counselling. The various methods used include:-
An assessment is carried out to include the following:-
The methods used include dowsing, psychic attunement, contact and communication with spirits in order to release them, the use of candles, salt, incense/oils, crystal clear spray, astral clear, crystals, white light, blessing and protection of the house and its occupants. I discuss with the occupants how to clear the energy on a regular basis, the need to keep clutter to a minimum etc. I provide follow-up telephone support after the clearing as needed. Spirit Release can be done directly with the people or the sites. It can also be carried out from a distance and I have had success in clearing spirits, attachments and curses in distant countries. My preference is to work with people directly as Spirit Release is often not a stand-alone therapy. It is important to recognise that if someone has had an entity with them for many years they may need considerable support in adapting to their new energy, behaviour and lifestyle. Healing and counselling sessions, along with perhaps homeopathy and other complementary therapies, may be needed for a time to assist in the recovery from any trauma and to strengthen their grounding and protection. It is also essential to be aware that a spirit release is not always the answer and there are times when the intervention of the medical profession is required. Sue Allen, London Sue, psychic since birth, gives private readings, is an accredited healer with the NFSH and the College of Psychic Studies, where she is to teach a Spirit Release course in the New Year (see Coming Events). Also a qualified teacher and analytical therapist, including sessions for the Society for Psychology and Healing, Sue has worked in Social Services for many years and currently works in the HIV AIDS field. She integrates therapy with dream and inner-child work and healing to help people deal with a range of issues including life crises, change, illness, depression and anxiety, bereavement and loss, relationships, and personal and spiritual growth. Introduction There are nine and sixty ways of constructing tribal lays And every single one of them is right . Rudyard Kipling While the construction of tribal lays may not (or may) have an intimate relationship to the practice of spirit release, there is undoubtedly a rich variety awaiting description and classification. Outstanding among these, for its clarity and methodical exposition, has been that of Sue Allen, whose account is linked below. Alan Sanderson |
